We are celebrating the 2020 Health Heroes on November 4, 2020 starting at 5:30 pm, please contact me to “sit at my table” during the virtual event. To honor our 2020 Health Heroes, I am also raising funds to support the Patient Care Fund. Health Heroes are all around us, the coach, the food bank volunteer, the medical provider, and are working everyday to improve our community! 

This fund pays for health care for our patients with the least resources to help them live their healthiest lives. Did you know that 1 out of every 18 Pierce County residents is a Community Health Care patient?
