Friends, I want to thank you. Individuals made the Y an important part of improving many lives this challenging pandemic year.  We kept our low-income residences clean and safe, provided child care for first responders, coached team sports, visited our senior members, opened a licensed preschool and offered tutoring, exercise, and social programs within our YMCA Academy. First responders and health care workers could feel confident that their kids were still remote learning and growing under the supervision of professional staff.  Hundreds of families accessed our free food programs and the City of Phoenix recognized us as an outstanding Heat relief location.                                                 Through this campaign we are working to continue our community outreach and ensure a brighter future for the downtown region.
