Barbara's Walk for Bill page

*Update* unfortunately due to the current lockdown we have had to postpone this walk. 😪. We hope to do it soon after the lockdown, depending on what the new restrictions are. Watch this space! Xxx
On the 25th October a year will have passed since I lost my amazing husband Bill Turner to a rare form of cancer. 💔
Bill spent the last 2 weeks of his life being cared for by the wonderful staff at St. David's Hospice. His stay there allowed him to see more of our 2 young daughters, close family and friends.
We have decided that a year on from loosing a wonderful husband, daddy and friend to many, we will honour him by walking from the pier in Llandudno, around the Great Orme to St. David's Hospice. We want to remember Bill's sense of fun and personality, so where possible, we will be dressed up as band members of Queen, one of Bill's favourite bands! (Thank you to Bill's good friend Roger Stevens for initiating this ❤).
All the funds raised will go to St. David's Hospice, so please give whatever you can afford to help the hospice and the invaluable care and support it provides for those who find themselves in need of it.
