Few years ago I lived a delicate experience with my daughter, and this has had an impact in my life.

Therefore, I decided to take up a challenge; running an average of 5 kilometres  for 365 days. 

My target is to complete 1,825 Kilometres and so far I have done 2,296 Kilometres.

That would be something similar to running from here to Paris and back. I want to demonstrate that if there is the willing there is the way.

Life is not sunshine and rainbows but how you react is and it will be your choice. I chose to help others to overcome what I think is the hardest challenge that a parent could face.

I am determined to complete my challenge and I would like to invite you to help me to help others by raising  funds for Stem4 an UK based charity that supports teenage mental health on four fronts:

- anxiety and depression 

- self-harming, 

- eating disorders and 

- addictions.
