We are 'Jumping Rich', 'The Guvnor', 'Bacon Mike', 'The Beef' and 'Phase 3' - five previously unfit Dads from Barford! We are taking part in the Wolf Run - www.thewolfrun.com - in an effort to get fit and at the same time raise some money for Birmingham Children's Hospital.
