This over middle aged FAT fella, is going to cycle 237 miles, on the Trans Pennine Trail, from Southport on the west coast to Hornsea on the east coast. 96% of this is off road. Not on a racing bike! on a mountain bike.

 

This will take place on 6^th August 2010. (a hospital bed has been reserved)

 Why?  well Its in aid of the Stroke Assosiation. My mum died from a stroke in 2008 and this is me giving a little back.

 

Anyway 237 miles, on my push bike. What have I done!!!!!!
