For those who know me, you’ll know I like a wee challenge. So, to mark my 50th lap around the sun, my good pal Dave and I will be taking on something a bit special. In mid-May we will embark on an epic 850-mile journey, cycling unsupported from Brighton beach to the sunkissed shores of the balearic sea in Barcelona!

Spanning 3 countries in under two weeks will be an unforgettable experience, but a huge mental and physical challenge. We both agreed this would be a great opportunity to raise awareness and funds for Prostate Cancer UK, a charity very close to my heart. Prostate cancer sadly affects too many men, my father heartbreakingly being one of them.

So, we’re taking on this ride of a lifetime to do our bit to support all those affected by this awful disease. Your support and donations will help Prostrate Cancer UK perform amazing work and keep us motivated during the long days in the saddle!
