The club gymnasts will be taking part in 26 challenges over the day Sunday 26th April.
The challenges are:
1. 10 sit ups, 2. 10 ankle raises, 3. 10 press ups, 4. 10 shoulder stands, 5. 10 straddle half lever holds, 6. 10 second hold in pike fold, 7. 10 seconds in left split, 8. 10 seconds in right split, 9. 10 seconds in bridge, 10. 10 v-sits, 11. 10 seconds in side splits, 12. 10 plank get ups, 13. 10 leg lifts (taps) on a chair - forward, 14. 10 leg lifts (taps) on a chair - sideways 15. 10 leg lifts (taps) on a chair - backwards, 16. 10 second plank hold, 17. 10 triceps dips, 18. 10 squats, 19. 10 each way moving a tin around your body in v-sit, 20. 10 dish rocks, 21. 10 arch rocks, 22. 10 second dish hols, 23. 10 second arch hold, 24. 10 twisted sit ups, 25. 10 step ups on chair/stairs, 26. 10 front support sliders in/out
