I, along with a group of participants from Mecca gym in Cookstown are taking part in the Hyrox event in Dublin on the 28th of October. Hyrox is a multi discipline event that will challenge us both physically and mentally, and probably emotionally too😫. We are hoping to raise £400 pounds each towards Macmillian Cancer Support. This organisation has helped countless people and families coping with a cancer diagnosis. And we all know someone affected by this disease. No matter how big or small, every donation is greatly appreciated.
