I'm lucky I was able to speak to a couple of very close friends about my down days.
Over the last couple of years I have been in some very, very dark places.
Some people will relate to that dark place too, between ending it all and not being able to. Its shit.........there is no fluffing that feeling up.
But I'm lucky, I'm nowhere near that place now and doubt I ever will be anymore.
Talking to people helps and I truly believe this is a great charity and hope I can raise a few quid and help in the process. So please, dig deep and sponsor me a couple of quid and I promise this year I will do all 55 miles! (Which I did!!!) And take a couple of hours off my 60 mile time (which I run on Saturday).
