On 24 April 2016, I will be running the Stratford Upon Avon half Marathon in aid of 'The Cure Parkinson's Trust' fundraising to help find a cure for Parkinson's Disease. 

Personal experience within my family has shown first hand the devastation this cruel illness causes.

After a ten year gap where I turned into something of a couch potato, last year I decided to recommence running in order to improve my fitness levels and lose weight. Nearly 2 stone lighter I now feel ready to push myself to the limit and raise money for a fantastic cause.
