Hello,

My name is Barry Postlethwaite and I am sharing my music to raise awareness for mental health. 

I've used my music and songwriting to help my own mental health throughout the years. On 1 May I'm releasing my new music video which is about mental health. I want to be able to help encourage people to talk about mental health issues and to inspire them to be creative to help with coping.
