Hi Philip Selby and Daniel Haste here.

We are taking part in the winter walk challenge for the Charity MIND. Its a 26 mile walk through london, starting and finishing at the Oval cricket ground.

Phil lost his sister to suicide in 2018 and it affected him in many ways. But with the help and support of his friends and family, he has managed to learn to deal with this sad event in his life.

Dan feels stongly about peoples mental health. He decided to take part in this challenge to raise awareness about mental health. And to support this wonderful cause and charity.
