The Salvation Army Barton Upon Humber has for some time now had a project to build a new Community  & Worship Hall.  We purchased The Carnival Inn, Tofts Road, Barton in 2012 and after realising that it would need extensive  works to make it suitable for our needs, The decision was taken to demolish in 2013.  This work was completed in September 2013.  We are now raising funds to build on this site.  The new centre will feature modern facilities which will be open to all people to come along and enjoy. The Purchase of the pub and its subsequent demolition have all been paid for but we still need to raise £400,000 to build and furnish! Much of this has already been raised but we still have a shortfall so every donation you make helps to buy another brick and turn this dream into a reality.   The Barton Corps of The Salvation Army has spent more than seventeen years raising funds to facilitate a move to new premises.  With your help and generous support we are confident it won't take anywhere near that to reach our next goal.
