It is a charity that supports homeless people and people that are vulnerably housed in Cambridge. A day centre, it offers vital welfare services, opportunities for learning and development, with the aim of helping people get their lives back on track.

Story

Thank you for visiting our Basement Replacement Appeal page.

At the moment the basement in Overstream House, Victoria Avenue has showers, baths, toilets and clothes washing facilities that the homeless people who visit our centre can use. Due to years of wear and tear they now badly need replacing. The baths and shower trays are cracked, the shower curtains are very old and the washing and drying machines are very old and uneconomical.

We hope to raise £10,000 to cover the costs of replacing items, fixing items and for the labour to go with it. We would like the basement to be a bright, attractive place.

If you can help us please donate now and don't forget to Gift Aid as it will not cost you anything extra and will allow us to claim 28p back in every pound

Thank you from all the staff and clients.
