Story
Not long ago, while chatting over dinner, Rob and I decided to rekindle our sporting dreams in the world of white collar boxing. Having already faced off against each other trading emerging market credit, what could be a better way to do that then to step in the ring against each other for a great cause. How does an ex American Football player stack up against a jacked marathon runner who hasn’t eaten a carb since 2003? Come and find out on July 10th, when we are scheduled to rumble in support of Children's Hospices across London over 4 rounds on July 10th at the Troxy in East London.
Please help us reach our fundaraising goal by donating through this page. If you would like to attend the fight on July 10th, please reach out to Tariq or Rob directly.

About Children's Hospices across London
Who we are
We are five independent children's hospice charities who work with life-limited and life-threatened children and their families across London and its surrounding areas. Our services are provided at no cost to children and their families.
CHaL Services
The members of Children's Hospices across London provide services designed to manage the effects of serious and complex conditions in children and young people, including end of life care and bereavement services.
- care at the end of life
- specialist short breaks
- step down care closer to home
- family support
What we do
We support children and young people (0-19), and offer support to their families. We differ significantly from adult hospices in that many of the conditions children and young people are suffering from are degenerative in nature and progress over many years.
When discussing a child's condition, doctors or consultants may use words such as: genetically inherited diseases (e.g. neuromuscular and degenerative disease), malignant tumours and other childhood cancers, metabolic diseases, heart disease and any other conditions which limit life expectancy.
We provide the necessary short breaks and a range of specialist services which benefit children and young people and their wider family. This work is done in partnership and alongside other care agencies. Our aim is to complement what they do and offer additional services which are not available elsewhere.
