We are Creature Creature, a rock band from Brighton, England. We are raising money for Pancreatic Cancer Action throughout our 'Battle of the Bond Songs' campaign which will run until the end of December 2021.

What is the 'Battle of the Bond Songs' campaign?

We have written an original song for the 25th Bond film, 'No Time to Die'. We're really excited about the outcome of this track and have decided to release it the week the film is finally released in cinemas on Friday 1st October 2021 to fundraise for Pancreatic Cancer Action.

Why Pancreatic Cancer Action?

We’ve always been a band who involve ourselves with various charities and for this campaign, we have chosen both Pancreatic Cancer Action and St Wilfred’s Hospice. We lost a good friend and excellent photographer to pancreatic cancer in 2019 and St Wilfred’s Hospice were fantastic to him in his final months so we’ve nominated them as our local charity along with Pancreatic Cancer Action as our national one for this campaign.

We will donate 50% of first month sales and streams (including pre-sales which you can do now) of our original Bond song to charity (25% to be donated to Pancreatic Cancer Action, and 25% donated to St Wilfred’s Hospice).

If you would like to donate more than 40-50p from the single sale, you can donate to Pancreatic Cancer Action via this page if you wish.

Pre-orders of our song will help us raise some funds for the charities, and so will streaming the track in the first month of release.

Any other ways that the are fundraising for the cause?

Yes! 

Zeus, our very own axe-wielding, rock god shall be shaving all of his legendary locks of in the name of the cause!

Well, actually, he’s been advised by his doctor that for the time being, the hair needs to go. But rather than making it a negative, we’re turning it around and adding it in as part of our fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer Action. 

Here’s the man himself to explain more:

‘I’ve suffered with an acute skin condition since my early teens, have seen various doctors and dermatologists, had several stays in hospital and even been involved in medical trials to try new medications. 

Having long hair has made it difficult to use most treatments on my scalp so on the advice of my doctor, I have made the decision to remove my lengthy mane but have also decided to get something positive out of it. 

With a length of over 40cm I’m going to be donating my hair to Little Princesses and the band are also fundraising on our Just Giving page to raise some additional funds for Pancreatic Cancer Action.’
