Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This is my first year taking part in the RUST BUCKET RALLY although I am joining a team of veterans of the event. The rally runs from 2nd thru 5th June. We will be driving a new car to the team, a 20+ year old Mercedes SLK around Europe for 4 days, covering 2500 miles thru 7 different countries traveling as far as Slovenia and back to the UK.

The RUST BUCKET RALLY nominates a chosen charity every year. The charity this year is BREAST CANCER NOW the charity that’s steered by world-class research and powered by life-changing care. We’re here for anyone affected by breast cancer, the whole way through, providing support for today and hope for the future.
We’re that trusted friend that people affected by breast cancer turn to for caring support when they need it most. The expert authority on breast cancer research who is making breakthroughs and driving forward progress. And a vehicle for change, acting now to make sure anyone affected by breast cancer gets the best possible treatment and care.
We believe that we can change the future of breast cancer and make sure that, by 2050, everyone diagnosed with the disease lives – and is supported to live well. But we need to act now.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
