To celebrate BCG's 50th anniversary in 2013, the London office is taking part in a Dragon Boat race on Friday 28 June. We want to use the occasion to remember an extraordinary young man and alumnus, Acer Nethercott, who sadly passed away earlier this year.

As an office we aim to raise £50,000 for Cancer Research UK and our Dragon Boat team called "This is Dragon On" want to make sure we do our fair share.

Anything you can give will help this dedicated and driven charity to reach their ultimate goal of curing all cancers and preventing further premature tragedies such as Acer's.

Hopefully the team can now be inspired by your generosity and win the race on 28 June! I have great confidence in our team's speed - afterall we wouldn't want the race dragon on.
