BCU is supporting Acorns Children's Hospice this Christmas

Birmingham City University will be raising money for Acorns Children's Hospice this year as part of its annual Christmas fundraising programme.

Acorns Children's Hospice Trust

In the last year, Acorns has supported over 700 children and more than 900 families, including those who are bereaved. Acorns relies on the community to fund the almost £10 million it costs to provide the charity's services.

Any amount will make a difference, here’s what your donation can change:

•  £3 will provide a meal in a hospice for a child
• £10 will pay for craft supplies for an art theraphy session
• £20 could fund an essential kit for a nurse to care in a child's family home
• £120 will pay for a child to enjoy a hydrotheraphy session
