The team at Beacon Rail are taking on a 1 week challenge whereby a number of colleagues will aim to complete a distance of a minimum of 1,00 km by either walking, running or cycling.  This event will start from 15th June and end on 21st June.  

The team are hoping to raise as much money as possible for Mind in Newham and Tower Hamlets.  Mind sits within the umbrella of charities supporting mental health, which is headed by Heads Together, Beacon's charity of 2020.  

‘Mind’ is a charity focused on promoting the acceptance of those with mental health issues in society by making it easier for those people to ask for help without any fear of stigma or discrimination. In parallel, Mind works to promote the importance of being able to accept and help those who have such problems and offer guidance to allow for effective support.

We would all be very appreciative of your support in helping us to raise funds in aid of Mind.
