The Equal Justice Initiative is committed to ending mass incarceration and excessive punishment in the United States, to challenging racial and economic injustice, and to protecting basic human rights for the most vulnerable people in American society.

Story

Beanstalk is raising money for two amazing charities in the United States and United Kingdom that support BIPOC communities.After the tragic death of George Floyd and the subsequent anti-racism and social justice protests, Beanstalk wanted to create an initiative to support the Black Lives Matter movement. Beanstalk’s Anti-Racism Allyship Action (AAA) initiative is focused on educating our Beanstalk colleagues and mobilizing our talent to support the BIPOC community in any way we can. Participants will be taking part in exercise to cover at least a 5km distance (including running, walking, cycling, etc).The team consists of the US portion of Beanstalk who are raising money for The Equal Justice Initiative: https://eji.org/The 5km will be taking place between the 26th October and 1st November.
