I've joined up with Team 'Decembeard for Rich' to support Bowel Cancer UK.

3 months ago a buddy of mine lost his 4 1/2 year battle with this disease after more than 50 rounds of chemotherapy. Rich was the face of Decembeard a few years ago (see pic) and the charity was dear to his heart. With your support we can help them achieve their vision of a future where nobody dies of bowel cancer.

As someone who is partial to a bit of facial hair, I have a bit of a head start but the intention is to let it grow so that I can rival Santa Claus by Christmas!

I know its not a marathon but its a great cause, so any support you can give will be hugely appreciated.
