******UPDATE******

I did not take part in the London 100 due to the logistics of the event, however I will be doing 100 miles on the 1st of September in Essex and I have also been lucky enough to receive a last minute oppourtunity to take part in the 2019 ziggurat  www.action.org.uk/ziggurat from the 18-22nd September 2019 cycling from London to Compiegne covering 326 miles over 4 days of cycling so please keep the donations coming as this is a great charity and I am really pushing myself mentally and physically for them this year!

******UPDATE******

I will be running the mud monster on the 14/10/18 which is a 10k obstacle course race, I will then be cycling 124 miles around Kent on the 12/05/19 followed by 100 miles in London on the 04/08/19, Being a Father of 2 lovely little ones this will be a challenge for myself fitting training in around a already hectic life but its all for the right reasons because we need to support charities like this for all the families in need, who have difficulties and poorly children and then our raised money will help all of those that need it.

please dig deep for this worthwhile cause
