A few months ago someone I know was raped. Anyone who has personal experience of rape will know how it devastates lives and relationships, both for the survivor and their loved ones. To honor all who have had to suffer such a horrendous ordeal, and to raise awareness of the repercussions of rape I will be running 1000km in 2021. My aim is to raise £1000 for Rape crisis Grampian. 

RCG are the local leading organisation working to provide support, transform attitudes, improve responses and ultimately to end rape and sexual violence in all its forms. This is very personal for me and I really hate running so every donation will be greatly appreciated!
