As those close to me will already know, my Nanna has recently suffered a debilitating stroke. On Saturday May 18th I will be taking part in the Tough Mudder 5K Midlands challenge with Emily Shepperson. I would like to raise as much money as I can to support the Stroke Association. Their specialist support, research and campaigning is only possible with courage, determination and donations from a strong community. In raising money for this charity, I hope that my Nanna and other stroke survivors can receive as much help as they need in their recovery.
