Story
Lockdown so far has consisted of watching a LOT of TV, eating a LOT of food and basically doing NO exercise (2 yoga sessions doesn't really count..) but that is all about to change.
Now, cycling is really not one of my things, I mean at all.....I'm basically way too scared to cycle on the streets of London - so luckily enough lockdown has taken that option away from me. Instead I plan to become best friends with the lovely red exercise bike I bought and promised (unsuccessfully) I would use constantly. Now is that opportunity as part of the 2.6 challange in aid of RNIB - 26kms for 26 days starting on 26 April.
RNIB has never been more vital to the blind and partially sighted community - imagine trying to navigate the current world with limited or no sight. Try and think how you would feel going to the shops without being able to see the queue outside, the new one way route you have to take once you get in and don't even start me on social distancing! Or how about not being able to read all the vital information that we are fed everyday to stay safe. RNIB is standing with blind and partially sighted people through every challenge - accessing the trusted information and services they urgently need to live their lives during the coronavirus lockdown.
Please consider supporting me and RNIB - thanks m'luvs
