As you know we receive so many health benefits from just being on the beach and I am lucky enough to hold regular yoga classes at Bigbury on sea to be able to experience these first hand as well as my students.

After a busy summer season, its time to give back.  Lets support this amazing charity and all that they do for our coastlines. 

Buy donating you are helping clean our seas one piece of plastic at a time. Did you know that everyday around 8 million pieces of plastic pollution find their way into our oceans.

£30 - Could pay for a school beach clean, removing litter and educating the younger generation.

£50 could provide a beach clean leader with a kit for all their future coastal cleans.

£60 could help pay for the training and equipment of our volunteer Regional Reps.

£100 could help us deliver a Plastic Free Schools Educational workshop.

£500 could provide an SAS Beach Clean box to a UK Community.
