Brighton Marathon 2014 · 6 April 2014 ·

Every week in the UK, around two families are told their child has neuroblastoma, a rare childhood cancer. We fund leading research projects to deliver new, effective and kinder treatments for children with neuroblastoma. With your help we can save more young lives.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As most of you know, and for those who may not, our friends' beautiful daughter Lizzy lost her life on July 5th 2013, 2 days after her 2nd birthday to Neuroblastoma, the wretched cancer she had fought for 6 months.

Funds are desperately needed to progress research to the point where other little angels, like Lizzy, don't have to suffer and die at the hands of what is otherwise a rampant disease.

So over the next 5 months I am running (not very fast) the bupa 10k, the Wimbledon and Richmond half marathons and the Brighton marathon with Team Lizzy. All raise funds for The Neuroblastoma Society, whose money goes exclusively to research.

All sponsorship goes into the same pot and is so very very gratefully received!

PLEASE help us to make changes and move forward in the trearment & understanding of Neuroblastoma.
