My story

On the 24th of September 2015 it will be 10 years since my dad was sadly + suddenly taken from us. My dad was larger than life and was an amazing parent, to those who knew him would completely agree, without a doubt in their mind. Since I can remember I've always thought about doing something to remember him on this big anniversary but never actually thought I would! So here I am trying to raise as much money as I possibly can for a Devon based charity 'Balloons'. Balloons provides pre and post bereavement support to children and young people (C&YP) after the death of someone significant in their lives. When my dad passed away I was never linked to a charity and neither was my dad so deciding what root to go down was hard. However when I came across Balloons there wasn't a doubt in my mind - the perfect charity to raise money for! If this helps one person I will be so so happy! No one should go through loosing a parent especially not at young age! Life can be so cruel and these things are unimaginable but they do happen, believe me,so please help me to help Balloons!
