We are united to create a world without dementia.

Story

After taking part in the Leeds 10k last year, I have decided to do something a little different and will be trekking the Yorkshire Three Peaks (Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough) which is a total distance of 39.2km (24.5 miles) in under 12 hours.

Dementia can happen to anyone and there's currently no cure. There are 850,000 people with dementia in the UK and the number is set to rise to 1 million by 2021.

After losing my Granddad to his heartbreaking disease I have chosen to do one challenge every year to support the charity.

You can also support my page by texting HYTL99 and the amount you want to donate to 70070

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
