We, Becky and Sarah, will be completing a half marathon in a weekend for Refuge. 

Most of you know we run together regularly (well run/walk) but this is a challenge for us as it is further than we would normally do on a weekend!

On any given day, Refuge supports 7000 women and children. Just £10 could provide a woman arriving at a Refuge with the support she needs for her first night. Every £1 makes a difference. Thank you!
