Someone very close to me has been diagnosed with advanced oesophageal cancer. This cancer is known as the 'silent killer' because when it presents it's usually too advanced. I want to raise awareness of the symptoms and if one more person sees their GP earlier and has a chance of getting treated sooner then I'd be very pleased.
