Hello all,

I have decided to really challenge myself and take part in my first ever Triathlon (Sprint), which will be in the grounds of Blenheim Palace on Saturday 28th May. The race consists of a 750 m open water swim followed by 20 km cycle ride and then finally a 5 km run. 

My children's school support group (Starfish), chooses a local charity every year to support and this year they chose  "Horsley & Bookham Riding for the Disabled Association", who provide therapeutic riding sessions for both children and adults with disabilities.

Thank you very much for any donation you can give to such a worthwhile cause and please wish me luck for the race !
