Living and working in London all of my life, it has always been quite noticeable that although it's one of the richest cities in the world, there is still a large amount of people that are homeless here.

St Mungo's do great work in helping homeless people get off the streets and back on their feet, which is especially relevant in these current hard economic times.

Although I've done abseiling before, I've never done it from this high before (!), but rest assured if you sponsor me, I'll put aside any fears and get down to the bottom, to make sure that the charity gets your donation ;-)

If you need any further incentive to donate money to this great cause, I have decided to do this event wearing a one piece, figure hugging, Spider-Man costume. I'm sure I'll look very amusing (photos and hopefully video will be on Facebook after event as proof I kept my word)
