As part of the commitment from my business, Centre for Integral Health, we want to continue to offer support to those facing health challenges.

We decided to do a group ascent of Snowdon, as it's a local landmark and a fair challenge to boot. 

On 6th & 7th July 2018 we are going to see how many times we can ascend the mountain by foot in 24hrs as a team. We hope to be offering some remedial support from our massage and bodywork team at our base in Pen y Pass as well as nutritional and other advice and doing some Qigong on the summit if weather permits.

Midlands Air Ambulance is an essential service that receives no government or lottery funding and we fully support the importance of this service, a complement at the other end of the scale to ours. And I know without it, many lives would have been lost and anywhere that we can encourage live saving, be it through timely rescue or deeper self love, we support it.
