My Dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer a couple of years ago. He’s ok, but it was a shock and took him some time to adjust. It also prompted me to get a check up as us men aren’t very good at doing that sort of thing. So this one is for Dad, who I will think about as I head back to the beach and towards a pasty.
