Thanks for supporting our fundraising. Both of us have been impacted by cancer as both our dads have had it. Unfortunately, after 2 rounds of different types of blood cancer my dad (Ben) passed. I know he did a lot for this charity and I want to honour his memory by doing something for them myself. I want to make him proud and by donating you have helped me achieve this aim.   

Macmillan give people with cancer emotional, physical and financial support from the moment they’re diagnosed. A lot of credit is given to cancer research (which is well deserved) but this is equally as important. Going through cancer is something which is extremely emotionally taxing, no one should go through it alone. Even with support from friends and family support, support from experts who know about cancer and other people who have gone through is vital. Macmillan are those experts. Financial support is also vital given the inability of most cancer patients to support their families whilst going through cancer. 

We are Jumping with North London Skydiving Centre... and we're both bricking it. Can't back out now though!
