On 27th September I’m going to attempt the three peaks challenge in memory of my friend Andy, Andy sadly took his own life earlier this year, this isn’t something you can imagine until it happens to someone close. I’m raising money for the Mental Health Charity Mind & would appreciate any donations big or small.

Approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year.
In England, 1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem (such as anxiety and depression) in any given week. 
Suicide is the leading cause of death among young people aged 20-34 years in the UK and it is considerably higher in men.
