Hi to everyone i know..

I've decided this year to take on Strava's Rapha Festive 500 in one day and raise some money for Cancer research..

I've done this challenge a few times in the last few years which is pretty tuff..

The challenge starts on the 24th December to 31st December so you get 8 days to complete 500kms.

I did this challenge last year in 4 days.. Honestly i was knackered but felt great for completing it in half the time..

This year i thought 500kms in one day and raise £500 for Cancer Research..

I'll be starting the challenge on the 24th december.

It will be a 10 mile loop around Worthing.. so a good 31 loops haha

If any fello cyclists would like to join me for a loop that would be great..

I'll update a route for all to see soon.. 

If anyone would like to come see me on route and give some support, or a lovely Christmas mince pie/pies it would be greatly recieved.. Thank you :)

I'm sure most of us have been effected by Cancer in some way so any donations would be fantastic..

This time of year can be really tuff in lots of ways so this is my way of doing something i love and helping towards something bigger than me..
