Hi and thank you for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page.  I am entering the Great North Run on behalf of the British Hedgehog Preservation Society for whom I am a patron.

I'm looking forward to taking part in the race, and thought as Patron I could also help out the Society.  Hedgehogs were on this planet at the same time as dinosaurs, but it is widely accepted that their numbers are now in decline.  We need to do all we can to stop that decline and ensure hedgehogs will be around for many years to come.
