Over lockdown we decided to set myself the challenge of completing the distance of a full Ironman. Will, Mike, Sam and I will be attempting to complete a full Ironman across Devon on Saturday July 17th. We will be swimming 2.4 miles, followed by a 112 mile cycle
and ending with running 26.2 miles.

We have decided to complete this challenge in aid of Mind, the
mental health charity. Poor mental health and suicide is the biggest killer of men under 45 and we don't talk about it enough. We hope this challenge not only
allows us to raise money but also sparks those important conversations that we
need to start making the norm.
