during the upcoming Windsor castle guard a team from 5 Pl Nijmegen Company will each run a 10k everyday for the duration of the guard over the week. This is a challenge working around the long days on duty and the operational aspects of the Castle.

At RBLI they help veterans and their families in their time of need and support them to live the most independent life possible. Since 1919 they have provided crucial accommodation, welfare and employment support to injured veterans and people with disabilities. Right now for every person they can help, there's one they cant.
