Last Christmas I was diagnosed with MS and I want to be as proactive as possible in raising money and increasing awareness to help other people that have been diagnosed with the condition.
Due to Coronavirus, the race I was due to run in May has been pushed back to July. The Vitality 10km will now take place on July 11th 2021 at Hatfield Park, Hertfordshire and I’ll be representing the MS Society and from now until then I’ll be fundraising as much as I can for the charity!
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a condition that affects your brain and spinal cord. In MS, the coating that protects your nerves (myelin) is damaged. This causes a range of symptoms like blurred vision and problems with how we move, think and feel.
Every day I’m learning something new about what I can and can’t do going forward, if you want to know more about the condition or where your money’s going, you can visit the MS Society’s webpage directly at : https://www.mssociety.org.uk
The amount of money and support my page has received so far is amazing and I’d love to be able to reach my target!
Cheers!
