So what is the Tour De Tendring, the Tour De Tendring is a cycle event which any one can enter, I will be taking part on the 19th of may riding 60 miles yes 60! Which im hoping to cycle it in around 3.5hours. This could be uncomfortable but no pain no gain.

I will be raising money for the small charity sesaw(Suffolk & Essex small animal welfare). This is a local charity doing a lot of good work with animals so why not take a look at there site www.sesaw.co.uk/home
