I am raising money for this MDNA, an amazing charity by cycling from Lands' End to John O'Groats over 9 days in September 2022.

There are around 5000 people every year living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). The MNDA is a fantastic charity that provides support for patients and families throughout the course of this devastating disease. This support can come in many forms from equipment loans, communication aids and helplines. The MNDA also supports healthcare professionals to enable quality care for this patient group.

Particularly I want to support the great work that MNDA do at the Royal Free Hospital for both patients and healthcare professionals.
