This year, I'm taking on the York 10k to support York Mind. York Mind are a local and independent charity who have been providing mental health services for over 70 years. 

I am running the event as our mascot Edgar the Elephant. I expect it's going to be around 25 degrees and I will be in a full elephant costume, at least I might loose a few pounds in the process! 

With the government pulling more and more funding, York Mind really needs all the donations it can get, even the smallest amount will go a long way (and keep me in a job doing what I love)
