My name is Ben Leach. I'm far from an athlete - in fact I've only ever ridden my bike for fun, but I now have an opportunity to use what I enjoy to bless others: 

On the 24th-25th of July I will be undertaking a solo 24 hour mountain bike ride.

Why? To raise money for Crisis Text Line – a 24/7 text service for people who are at their breaking point (see details below). Whether it's directly or indirectly, mental health affects everyone at some point in their life but should not be endured alone. Talk to someone.

ALL of the money raised will go towards supporting people who reach out for help in their darkest moments. The target is £100 for every hour on the bike for a total of £2400 but I know we can go above and beyond this!

Between now and the 24^th of July (the start date of the 24 hour ride) I will be sharing with you what goes into this kind of event and answering your questions!
