2 Years ago I ran the Marathon Virtually. It ruined my legs at around the 15mile mark, so I rocked up to the finish at 8h02m.

Last Year I did it on location in London, and cramped up at around mile 7, still managing to knock 40 minutes off the time so 7h20m. 

This time lets try and aim for sub 5 hours. People who know me will be surprised to learn that I began general training in February. Training! Pah! Well, this is the year to smash it and hopefully raise some more money for Look-UK who missed out on a year of fund raising due to the pandemic.
