Cycling for young onset dementia on 25 to 29 July 2018

Story

I have taken on the challenge of cycling 308 miles to Paris, not because I love cycling, not because I'm mad about fitness, but purely because I don't know how to say no.

Anyone that knows me will know that I don't ever cycle, and it has been years since I have even sat on a bike. But when I was asked to do a bike ride with a good friend of mine, I think I agreed to do it before knowing just how big this challenge really is.

YPWD is a truly amazing charity that helps improve the lives of younger people suffering with dementia, and helps makes lives of their loved ones slightly easier by giving them support.

I have the pleasure of living with someone that works for this charity, and I get to hear about all the activities they do each day, and it really does improve their lifestyles. Without the support of people like us, these people suffering wouldn't have a quality of life that they are able to have, so please show some support and donate any amount possible for this great cause.
